Today I want to share with you my go - to recipe. This meal on a plate looks so colorful and fun. Most of the occasions, people are thinking that this dish is taking so long to prepare, which is not true at all. It will take only 25 minutes of your precious time!
Believe me, a new row (which is zucchini) will appear in your grocery shopping list after you try this.
So let's get started!
|2 Zucchini||2 Carrots||500 g of Beef|
|3 Tbsp of Soya Sauce||1/2 Lemon||4 Cloves of Garlic|
|1 Tbsp of Butter||1 Tbsp of Parsley||Olive Oil|
Preparation is easy peasy. Use your spiralizer (if you don’t have one, click HERE to order a great one) and prepare your zucchini noodles or how I like to call them: zoodles. I like to add carrots. It gives more color and sweetness, but it’s completely optional. Then cut the beef (you can use any part of the beef that you like, for egz. Sirloin) and parsley. Try to prepare everything in advance, because it's a very practical and quick dish to cook and it will take only few minutes to cook everything. So, squeeze the lemon and crush the garlic in advance.
And now the fun part! :)
Add a table spoon of olive oil and when it gets hot, then add half of the zoodles in a large skillet with over medium - high heat. Season with some salt and pepper. Saute just for a minute. Then remove everything on a plate and do the same with the second part of uncooked zucchini noodles. If you decide to put carrots, now it's the time. Saute the carrots in the same skillet drizzled with some olive oil again. Take them out. Turn the heat to high and add some olive oil again. Add half of the beef with a pinch of salt and cook till it will develop color.
Once it’s all cooked, add them all back into the pan. Now put some garlic, butter, soya sauce, lemon juice and parsley. Mix them. Let the butter melt and garlic cook. Now add in the sauted zoodles and carrot noodles, toss them all together and vuolia!
Your meal is ready!
P. S. I think you will spend more time reading then actually cooking this meal :)With Love, Sandra I~
